When creating a new record in the maintenance module you are asked to select a vendor and a type of service from a drop down menu.
However, these dropdowns are empty for every new account made in the platform. To add Vendors and Types of Services head to Companies in the sidebar menu. Then select the Company ID you want to add this information under.
Scroll down to where you see Maintenance Records: Vendors and Services.
Type the name of the Vendor or Type of Service and click Submit. This action will add them to the dropdown menu when adding a new maintenance record.
