This step-by-step guide will show you how to use this feature to improve the flow of information and ensure your drivers have access to necessary documents instantly, no matter where they are.

Step 1. Access the Trucks List

Begin by navigating to 'Trucks' on your Trucker Portal dashboard. This is where all your fleet vehicles are listed.

Step 2: Select the Truck

Locate the truck whose documents you want to share and click on it to open the truck's details page.

Step 3: Open the Sharing Options

Once you're on the selected truck’s page, click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the screen. This will expand a menu.

Step 4: Choose to Share via Email/SMS

From the expanded menu, click on “Email/SMS.” This action will redirect you to a new page where you can share documents through email or SMS.

Step 5: Prepare to Send SMS

On the sharing page, click the "Send SMS" button to begin the process of sending documents via SMS.

Step 6: Generate a Link

Select all the documents you intend to share. After your selection, click on “Update Link” to generate a sharable link for these documents. The link will appear on the same page.

Step 7: Select the Recipient

Now, choose the recipient of the SMS. You can select a driver associated with the truck from the provided list or enter a different phone number if you need to send the documents to someone else.

Step 8: Send the Documents

After confirming the recipient's phone number, click on “Send.” This will dispatch an SMS with the link to the documents directly from the platform.
