If you need to remove a custom document from your Optimus account, you can do so easily from the Custom Documents section. Follow the steps below to delete a document type that’s no longer needed.
- Go to the Company Section:
Click on the menu icon in the top-left corner. Select “Database”, then click on “Company”.
- Access Custom Documents:
In the top-right corner, click the “Custom Documents” button.
- Select a Company:
Under “Select company,” choose one of the companies for which the custom document was enabled.
- Find the Document:
The document will appear under the corresponding section—Company, Driver, Truck, or Trailer—depending on how it was configured.
- Review Document Details:
You’ll see the document:
- Name
- Auto Deletion Date (if set)
- Expiration Requirement
- Options to Edit or Delete
- Delete the Document:
Click the trash icon to delete. Confirm your choice by clicking “Yes, delete” to permanently remove the document.
